Because digital course content is delivered instantly and can be accessed immediately after purchase, all course sales are final once the course has been accessed. If you experience a technical issue preventing access to a course you purchased, contact us through the Contact page and we'll work to resolve it.
Bookings & Appearances
Refunds related to confirmed bookings or appearances are handled on a case-by-case basis, as agreed in writing between the requesting party and management at the time of booking.
