How to Cancel: You may cancel your subscription at any time by logging into your account portal and selecting "Cancel Subscription" under your billing settings.
Effective Date: Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. You will not be charged for the following cycle.
Digital Goods: Due to the immediate access to proprietary digital training materials and content, all sales are considered final.
No Partial Refunds: We do not provide refunds, partial refunds, or credits for any partially used subscription periods or accidental purchases.
Post-Cancellation Access: If you cancel a recurring subscription, you will retain full access to all your digital products and course content until the end of your current paid billing period.
Lifetime Purchases: For one-time purchases (non-subscriptions), you will retain lifetime access to the digital product as long as your account remains in good standing.
Review Before Purchase: Please carefully review your order summary before completing checkout. Once a digital order is placed and the content is instantly delivered to your account, the order cannot be canceled or reversed.
Technical Issues: If a duplicate order is placed due to a system error, please contact us within 24 hours of the transaction with proof of the duplicate charge for an order cancellation and reversal.
