His path wasn't a straight line: four college programs across four states (La Salle, South Plains College, New Mexico State, Prairie View A&M), two serious injuries, and a 2022 NBA Draft that didn't call his name.

Instead of chasing G-League minutes, Deebones took his game overseas to China, then brought it home to build a second career on pure competitive proof. His isolation scoring, physical frame, and on-ball defense have made him one of the most respected — and feared — matchups in the creator-led streetball scene.
The Kyrie Irving Co-Sign
Deebones defeated Uncle Skoob and Walt to win the trophy at Kyrie Irving's "More Than a Run" 1v1 tournament in New Jersey — a direct, verified co-sign from one of the greatest isolation scorers in basketball history.

He's a Team Miami roster player in Tracy McGrady's OBL: Battle of the Cities, GM'd by Miami Heat legend Tim Hardaway Sr., and a featured cast member in Ballislife's documentary series Streetball: The Untold Stories of Basketball Stars.
